Return conditions

You can return the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase. Make sure that its appearance, properties, all factory labels, seals and packaging are preserved. When returning, you must provide a document confirming the purchase. According to the legislation of Ukraine, swimwear, underwear, gloves, as well as jewelry, perfumery and cosmetics, and hosiery products are not subject to return. It is not possible to return orders that do not comply with the return rules. We will be forced to send them back to the buyer.

Return procedure

All over Ukraine, returns are made with the help of "Nova Poshta" services. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item.

The parcel must contain the product with its packaging and accompanying accessories, as well as the goods invoice and a completed application for the return of the product. Please save the document with the TTN number of the parcel and notify us by phone or in a letter after sending it, in order to speed up the process of returning the goods.

Refunds

Depending on the payment method, you can receive funds: if you pay in cash or by card upon receipt of the order, we will return the funds to any bank card issued in your name within 14 working days from the moment we receive the goods; when paying with a bank card on the website, you will receive funds to the card from which the payment was transferred within 14 working days from the moment we receive the goods. In order to receive funds on a bank card, you must also provide complete payment details of the account (card number/IBAN/full name/personal identification number). This information can be obtained from the bank of which you are a client.
